Today, I found a whole mess of flyers in my basement. Proof of my life in 90's Crust/Hardcore/Grind bands. Years 1997-2000. Bands, Twenty Third Chapter, Rune, Amputation.
Thanks to anyone who shared in these (mostly) amazing memories with me! Those were wild days, and I'm happy I managed to survive to tell the tale.

Hell yeah! I saw Corrupted in 2008 with Asunder. They were so heavy. They played their 70 min song El Mundo Frio. I wish I could have seen Dystopia. They broke up too soon for me to see live.
I think I have heard of two of these bands — and one of them is (from Florida), so that’s why 😂 These flyers are a treasure!

Today, while going through my things, I found a first draft of my song Go West. It's beautiful after all these years to find words that I wrote on small scraps of paper more than 16 years ago. Even more beautiful knowing how much this song means to so many people!
Any suggestions on what I should do with them now?

Frame them and put them in your music room.
You put them in Southern Punk Archive here at the university library if you ever want to give them a forever home.
save them safely and treasure them so when you want to you can spend a few moments with them. love your art soooooooooo much. love you as a person even more! love how you wear everything on your sleeve. proud of everything you've done, AND WILL DO.
